工作原理： 

    重選機械設(shè)備重選溜槽的工作原理是利用機械運動振頻改變礦粒的自由沉降為干涉沉降的原理，使礦粒之間產(chǎn)生不斷的碰撞從而造成低密度礦粒沉降速度降低。機械往復(fù)運動和半阻流式翻漿板使沙石料進入載有選金毯或增金草的溜槽時首先起到勻漿的效果，然后利用機械的沖擊頻率使重礦物快速沉降并且按照礦物比重的不同產(chǎn)生不斷的替換，使沙石料中比重最大的礦物始終保持在增金草內(nèi)部。半阻流式翻漿板起到減緩大比重礦物順流的流速，相對于比重小的沙石料在機械運用和阻流板的作用下產(chǎn)生不斷的翻滾，所以不會因為沙石料含泥量高而在增金草上板結(jié)。
